They initially wanted to produce electronic test equipment, but the company eventually became one of the world’s top PC manufacturers. The company is a publicly traded company and is headquartered in Palo Alto, CA. HP Instant Ink is a monthly subscription service that allows you to print a certain amount of pages for a flat fee each month. You will have to buy a printer first. There are eighteen eligible printers on the list. This includes HP OfficeJet Pro 8740, OfficeJet Pro 8210, DeskJet 3755, OfficeJet 3830, OfficeJet Pro 6978, OfficeJet Pro 6968, DeskJet 2655, Envy 5055, Envy Photo 7855, Envy Photo 6255, Envy Photo 7155, Tango, Tango X with Charcoal Linen Cover, and Tango X with Indigo Linen Cover. After you have purchased the printer and hooked it up, you will be able to sign up for HP Instant Ink. There are four plans available. The Free Printing Plan includes 15 pages per month. The Occasional Printing Plan is $2.99 per month and includes 50 pages per month. The Moderate Printing Plan is $4.99 per month and includes 100 pages per month. The Frequent Printing Plan is $9.99 per month and includes 300 pages per month. Pages roll over on the Occasional, Moderate, and Frequent Printing plans. 2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
5. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
6. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
7. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto hpinstantink.com
2. Get logged in with email address and password
3. Pick the option labeled “My Account”
4. Navigate down on the page to locate “Change Plan”
5. Pick the option labeled “Change Plan”
6. Now enter your information
7. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
