• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 866-540-3229
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
5. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto ebay.com
2. Get logged in with email or username, and password
3. In a browser, goto http://cgi1.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?CloseAccount
4. Navigate down on the page to locate “Request to close your account” and click it
5. Select a Category and Reason
6. Pick the option labeled “Yes, but I still want to close my account”
7. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
