BodyAttack is a sports-inspired cardio workout with pre-choreographed moves for increasing strength and stamina. BodyCombat is a high-intensity, pre-choreographed cardio workout for people of all fitness levels. This class combines agility, sports conditioning, boxing, and kickboxing and is inspired by karate, boxing, and Taekwondo. BodyStep is an energizing step workout that is pre-choreographed to make you feel liberated and alive! Tracks are conditioned to shape and tone. Funk is a high-energy dance-fitness class that emphasizes FUN and FITNESS. There is no doubt that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is enjoyable, effective, and challenging for all participants. This class will provide you with the benefits of both HIIT and Yoga. You’ve seen it on TV; now live it! With plyometric drills and intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training, the Insanity class provides a safe, challenging, and results-driven workout. The Insanity/PIYO class consists of 30 minutes of Insanity and 30 minutes of PiYo.
