Xperience Fitness’ mission is to provide their gym members with more ways to achieve their fitness goals, more healthy lifestyle advice, and more chances to feel unstoppable. They have personal training programs to help you get started with your workouts and nutritional advice to help you eat right. When you combine that with group exercise classes, cardio theaters, and swimming pools, you know you’re in the right place to transform your life and your confidence. There are locations in Wisconsin and Minnesota. Currently, there are a total of eleven locations. In Wisconsin, Xperience has facilities in Appleton, Greenfield, Hales Corners, Waukesha, Brookfield, Green Bay, and West Allis. In Minnesota, there are locations in Apple Valley, Roseville, Coon Rapids, and Woodbury. BodyAttack is a sports-inspired cardio workout with pre-choreographed moves for increasing strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class incorporates athletic aerobic movements as well as strength and stability exercises. BodyCombat is a high-intensity, pre-choreographed cardio workout for people of all fitness levels. This class combines agility, sports conditioning, boxing, and kickboxing and is inspired by karate, boxing, and Taekwondo. BodyStep is an energizing step workout that is pre-choreographed to make you feel liberated and alive! Tracks are conditioned to shape and tone. BOXX is a class that challenges participants through interval training, simple kickboxing, and the use of a variety of equipment for an efficient and effective total body workout. Funk is a high-energy dance-fitness class that emphasizes FUN and FITNESS. Inspires movement, passion, empowerment, and energy, and there is always room for one more because this is something that anyone can get. There is no doubt that high-intensity interval training (HIIT) is enjoyable, effective, and challenging for all participants. This class will provide you with the benefits of both HIIT and Yoga. You’ve seen it on TV; now live it! With plyometric drills and intervals of strength, power, resistance, and core training, the Insanity class provides a safe, challenging, and results-driven workout. The Insanity/PIYO class consists of 30 minutes of Insanity and 30 minutes of PiYo. P90X includes a wide range of intense routines, including cardio, resistance training, strength training, plyometrics, ab work, and more. PIYO combines Pilates and Yoga for an unparalleled workout! Piyo fitness classes will help you improve your strength, balance, and athletic ability! POUND is a full-body jam session that combines light resistance drumsticks and continuous simulated drumming.
