Prices vary depending on the plan and location, and there may also be a start-up fee for the plan and commitment terms. There will be a $39 annual fee that will incur as well. Special promotional offers may also cause the price and start-up fees to vary as well. After you have selected the location and plan, you will need to fill out pertinent information about yourself. Then, you will need to check out and pay. After you have done that, you are ready to go inside the club and utilize your Platinum Fitness membership. In addition to the basic membership, Platinum Fitness also offers Thrive Training which includes nutrition guidance, guided workouts, and a supportive community. It also offers small-group training with no annual fees and a membership is included. Finally, Platinum Fitness is proud to accept several major insurance programs such as Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, and Renew Active by United Healthcare.

Follow these steps:

1. Compose a letter and request cancellation within it. Provide all of your account info as listed. Sign and date the letter and Keep a copy for your records.
2. Sending with Certified Mail, address your letter to the address provided to you by the gym
3. Contact customer service at the phone number for the gym you signed up at or attended most frequently after your letter is received to ensure your account is cancelled
4. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
5. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
