Classmates.com is an online social networking website founded by Randy Conrads in 1995 to help users reconnect with old friends, colleagues, and classmates from kindergarten, primary school, high school, college, the U.S. military, and workplaces. Classmates was acquired by United Online, Inc. in 2004 and then sold to PeopleConnect Holdings, Inc. in 2015. The website is now managed by PeopleConnect, which also owns Intelius. Classmates.com offers two types of memberships, free and Classmates+. With a free membership, users can list their name, create a profile, search for old friends, and view yearbooks for free. Classmates+ members have access to additional features, such as viewing who has visited their profile, seeing who remembers them and how they are remembered, reading and replying to messages in their inbox, and more. Classmates.com also provides an online archive of over 300,000 yearbooks, including celebrity yearbooks, and has been used to plan over 350,000 class reunions, inviting over 5 million members to reunions each year. Classmates.com offers two types of memberships, free and Classmates+. With a free membership, users can list their name, create a profile, search for old friends, and view yearbooks for free. Classmates+ members have access to additional features, such as viewing who has visited their profile, seeing who remembers them and how they are remembered, reading and replying to messages in their inbox, and more. Subscribing to a paid membership gives users 3 different subscription terms: 2 years for $48, 12 months for $30, and 3 months for $9. Users can pay for their membership online, by phone, or by regular mail. Payment methods include Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, debit cards with a major credit card logo, PayPal, Amazon, and check or money order. Once payment is processed, the user will receive a notification by email that their membership is activated.

Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• E-mail Address on account
• The Full name of the High School you attended
• The Year That You Graduated from High School
• The City and State or Province of your High School.

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto http://www.classmates.com/
2. Pick the option labeled the button that says ‘SIGN IN’
3. Get logged in with email and password
4. Navigate up on the page to locate the gear icon
5. Pick the option labeled the gear icon
6. Pick the option labeled “Account”
7. Pick the option labeled “Email subscriptions”
8. Pick the option labeled each box on the page and select “unsubscribe”
9. Navigate up on the page to locate “Personal Information”
10. Pick the option labeled “Personal information”
11. Pick the option labeled the box next to “Show my information” to uncheck it
12. Navigate up on the page to locate “Billing”
13. Pick the option labeled “Billing”
14. Navigate down on the page to locate “Account information”
15. Pick the option labeled “Turn off automatic renewal”
16. Pick the option labeled “yes” to confirm
17. Navigate down on the page to locate the credit card information section
18. Pick the option labeled “Delete credit card”

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 206-301-5700
2. In the phone system choose 1
3. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
4. Give the rep your account info
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
6. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
7. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
8. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
