• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 866-496-0207
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
5. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
6. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

1. In a browser, goto https://www.southbeachdiet.com/help/contact.jsp
2. Navigate down on the page to locate the “Chat” button under “Customer Service”
3. Pick the option labeled “Chat”
4. Now enter your information
5. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
6. Give the rep your account info
7. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
8. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
