Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto loveandseek.com
2. Get logged in with Email and Password
3. Pick the option labeled your username in the top right
4. Select “My Account” from the menu
5. Navigate down on the page to locate “Account Status”
6. Pick the option labeled “View Account Status”
7. Pick the option labeled “More Account Status Changes”
8. Pick the option labeled “Remove Automatic Renewal”
9. Now enter your information and follow the prompts carefully to finish your cancellation
10. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 866-727-8920
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
