Clients can view the catalog of movies online or via mail. Right now, the organization is offering a promotion to get four movies for one dollar plus free shipping when you begin your membership. Once a member, the most anticipated Disney movie and an exclusive lithograph will be sent approximately every four weeks. Members have the choice of skipping the movie or selecting a different movie. Customers can cancel at any time but an additional charge may be assessed if the minimum purchase commitment is not fulfilled. If a client wishes to return a movie (not a featured title), they will need to include a note of explanation and the membership number with the movie. Please send back the package using the United States Postal Service and utilize the return merchandise label included with the original order. Processing a return takes approximately four to six weeks. If a credit/debit card was used for the purchase, the amount credited will appear on the credit/debit card account. If a check is used, the credited amount will be applied to the membership account unless a refund check is requested. If the customer wishes to return a featured title, it can be returned for a refund minus shipping and processing costs. If the customer didn’t receive 10 days to respond to the featured title, it can be returned for a full refund.
