Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://www.directvnow.com/
2. Get logged in with Email Address and Password
3. Pick the option labeled the head icon in the upper right corner
4. Select user account from the menu
5. Pick the option labeled manage my account
6. Pick the option labeled cancel account
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue
8. The subscription should end at the end of the prepaid period

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://help.directvnow.com/hc/en-us/articles/210968526
2. Navigate up on the page to locate “Chat Available”
3. Note that if Chat is not available, there will be no option shown. It’s best to look for this option during the day in the United States.
4. Pick the option labeled “Chat Available”
5. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
6. Give the rep your account info
7. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
8. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
9. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
10. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
