• Billing Address

• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge
• Date of Birth

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 1-866-727-8920
2. In the phone system choose 6
3. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
4. Give the rep your account info
5. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
6. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
7. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
8. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto http://www.SingleParentMeet.com/
2. Pick the option labeled “Member log in”
3. Get logged in with email address and password
4. Pick the option labeled “Settings” in upper right corner
5. Pick the option labeled “My account”
6. Navigate down on the page to locate “Account status”
7. Pick the option labeled “View account status”
8. Navigate down on the page to locate “More account status changes”
9. Pick the option labeled “More account status changes”
10. Navigate down on the page to locate the cancel billing option
11. Pick the option labeled the cancel billing option
12. Pick the option labeled “More account status changes” again at the top
13. Pick the option labeled “Remove profile”
14. Pick the option labeled “Neutral”
15. Pick the option labeled “other”
16. Pick the option labeled the option to continue
17. Now enter your information
18. Pick the option labeled “Ok, remove my profile”
19. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
