Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Account Number
• Date Of Birth
• Phone Number on Account
• Address of your Gym
• Address 1
• City
• State
• Zip
• Reason for Cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at the phone number of the gym you most frequently attend or signed up at
2. Ask for and write down the steps you need to take to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
5. if instructed, you may need to send a certified letter to the gym. Ask for the address and follow our other set of instructions for more on how to accomplish that!
6. You may need to call back a few days later to ensure your account was cancelled.
7. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Compose a letter and include your account information as we’ve listed. Also include your email address.
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel within the body of the letter
3. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation in reply to your letter. Sign and date your letter.
4. Sending with Certified Mail, address your letter to the address given to you by the gym on the phone.
5. Contact customer service at the phone number of the gym a few days after your certified letter tracking shows it’s been received by the gym to ensure your account is cancelled
6. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
