Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Social Insurance Number
• Date Of Birth
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• E-mail Address on account
• Password

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 1-866-640-2273
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
5. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
6. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://www.consumer.equifax.ca/personal/
2. Pick the option labeled “Customer Log In”
3. Get logged in with email address and password
4. Pick the option labeled “My account”
5. Navigate down on the page to locate “Manage Billing”
6. Pick the option labeled “Manage Billing”
7. Navigate down on the page to locate “Cancel Membership”
8. Pick the option labeled “Cancel Membership”
9. Now enter your information
10. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
