DirectTV is a television service provider that competes with Dish Network, traditional cable providers, and streaming services. It currently offers four different monthly plans – the Entertainment Plan at $64.99, the Choice Plan at $84.99, Ultimate plan at $109.99, and the Premier Plan at $154.99. All plan prices do not include q $15.00 monthly equipment fee, and the Choice, Ultimate and Premier plans are also assessed a $13.99 regional Sports Fee. The main differences in the plans are the number of channels available (70, 105, 140, or 150), the availability of regional sports programming (not available for the Choice Plan), the number of on-demand movies available (60K, 70K, 80K, or 90K), the inclusion of premium channels (Premier Plan only). Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://www.directvnow.com/
2. Get logged in with Email Address and Password
3. Pick the option labeled the head icon in the upper right corner
4. Select user account from the menu
5. Pick the option labeled manage my account
6. Pick the option labeled cancel account
7. Follow the instructions on the screen to continue
8. The subscription should end at the end of the prepaid period

2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
