• Phone Number
• Email Address
• Username
• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at (888) 346-9978
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
5. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
6. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://www.nationalcellulardirectory.com/
2. Pick the option labeled “Log in” in the top right corner of the page
3. Get logged in with email address and password
4. Navigate down on the page to locate “My Account”
5. Pick the option labeled “My Account”
6. Navigate down on the page to locate “Subscriptions”
7. Pick the option labeled “Cancel”
8. Now enter your information
9. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
