• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country
• Reason for Cancellation
• Verbal Password

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 866-484-4800
2. Ask for and write down the steps you need to take to cancel and you will be given instructions
3. Compose an email and include your account information
4. Advise the rep that you need to cancel in your email
5. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation in your email
6. Address and send the email to [email protected]
7. You may need to wait up to 72 hours before continuing. It can take some time to process your email.
8. Contact customer service at 866-484-4800 again after the 72 hours
9. Advise the rep that you need to cancel and let them know you already sent in the email
10. Give the rep your account info
11. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
